zeroFeatQC(sce, assayName = "counts", verbose = TRUE)

Arguments

sce

SingleCellExperiment object.

assayName

Character.

verbose

Logical. Whether to report the result with message() (default: TRUE).

Value

An updated SingleCellExperiment object after minimal QC.
